1. What we collect

  • Account data — your email and authentication credentials.
  • Participant profile — name and batch key you enrol with.
  • Submissions — written responses you submit to each module.
  • Codex documents — generated outputs of your work.
  • Technical logs — minimal request logs needed to run the service.

2. Why we collect it

To authenticate you, run the diagnostic, generate your codex, and maintain the integrity of the cohort. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.

3. Where it lives

Data is stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase). Access is restricted by row-level security so participants can only read their own data. The author and authorised admins can review submissions to operate the programme.

4. Retention

We keep your submissions and codex for as long as your account is active. On request we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing the address on sajjadjafri.com. We respond within a reasonable period.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

7. Changes

We will update this policy as the programme evolves. See also our Terms of Use.
